Casey and cameryn Maddox Should both be on your radar

Casey Maddox is a junior midfielder for the University of Houston Women’s Soccer team. Casey Was named captain for the second season in a row. Last Season Casey played all 18 matches while making 12 starts. Casey scored her first career goal on St. Mary’s (TX) on September 17th, 2025, and scored the game tying goal on October 10th against BYU. Casey Maddox Racked up 22 shots in her sophomore season. Casey is from Snellville Georgia where she and her sister Cameryn played for Shiloh High School. In High School she was named the player of the year and co-midfielder of the year at Shiloh. The accolades didn’t stop there Casey was named the region 6A player and co-midfielder of the year. Also named to the Divarsity All Star Team and played for Concorde Fire Soccer Club with two trips to the ECNL final four. Let’s not forget about her stats where she led her club in assists and was third in goals scored which led her to be invited to the United States National Team pool. What is interesting about these two sisters are, they both got to play on the same team at the University of Houston. When Cameryn was a junior forward Casey was a freshman midfielder which they both were named starters. Both Sisters had great chemistry from playing together at Shiloh that transferred over on the field at UH. Cameryn Maddox started her college career at the University of San Diego, where she led the team in scoring three goals and two assists her freshman year. When Cameryn Maddox arrived in Houston in 2023, she played a vital role scoring seven goals for the cougars in their first eight matches. As they grew both of their games and skill sets matured as far as meshing with each other on the field. Having Siblings playing on the same team is not only rare but usually comes with rivalry. Casey Seems a sure lock to have an impactful junior season for the UH cougars. Cameryn played her last season at UH last season, but i believe she is far from finished with soccer career with all these new women’s professional sporting leagues on the horizon like the NWSL. I want to give their parents Lisa and Anthony Maddox a shoutout and let them know that these two sisters were raised correctly which you can clearly see with their discipline and hard work
